Labour at £23.00 per hour
Priority call out status within 2 hours for all emergencies.
Next working day for all none emergencies.
To cover, electrics, gas appliances, oil appliances, roof, water, plumbing and windows.
We will also liaise with your insurance company and complete any repairs if you are unable to do so. We will act as your instructed company to undertake any works required.

All call outs are monitored; any misuse of the service will incur costs at our discretion.
This is designed to keep none emergencies to a minimum and to save money to keep our cover competitive.
All parts are covered under the above schedule; we reserve the right to fit parts recommended by ourselves and the suppliers we deal with.
We do not cover old for new and we will not replace any item with new unless we are required to do so, a new household appliance must be purchased by the owners upon our recommendations. No appliance over 5 years old will be covered; all proof of purchases must be kept as proof of age and purchase. We recommend that a new appliance be insured separately with an extended manufacturer’s warranty if available.
Full payment of cover must be received before cover can begin or standing order must be set up and first months payment received. No refund will be given once the policy has been undertaken and no standing order can be cancelled when the cover has been taken out. Your minimum term for cover is 1 year.
Our record will be proof of purchase for any items or works carried out.
