Unfortunately in this day and age not everything is built to last and the scenario’s of power failures, appliance breakdowns or no heating are every day and night realities, this is not what your guests want when they are trying to have a quiet break away from the stresses of everyday life.
At Isis we have been dealing with emergencies for holiday properties for several years now and we consider ourselves as the best service out there covering any eventuality.
Our service has given the owners we represent peace of mind when things go wrong. We don’t just offer a call our service that covers you 24 hours a day, we offer friendly staff without the need to hold the line and then be asked to, press one for this, two for that and so on, no matter if its 12 noon or 3 in the morning the phone is always answered and we are ready to send our staff out to assist you and your guests.
Some energy companies have recently offered this kind of service but in reality when an emergency happens they can’t get there until the next day or later, imagine your guest at night with no electricity or no heating and be told we can’t get there until the morning.
Our promise to you and your guests is that we will do everything that is humanly possible to resolve any problems and keep your guests happy, after all we have had a lot of experience at it and we will know what to do, even if we have to get a generator or alterative heating we do it and we have the testimonials from people who have needed our services and can’t believe how responsive and responsible we are to our clients.
We are sure that if you take out our cover you will be in no doubt that you and your guests will be looked after and will want to be renewing again the following year.
